Daniel Ough

Principal Consultant

  • British/Australian with dual citizenship, Daniel has worked in over 20 countries in senior positions in the private and public sectors. He is the founder of Sandpiper Consultants, Sandpiper Coaching and Sandpiper Recruiting.

  • He draws from a career that spans 40 years, which includes professional experience in Europe, Australia, the Far East, the West Indies and the Middle East and 30 years as a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and Fellow of the Institution of Electrical Engineers (now the Institution of Engineering and Technology).

Paul White

Senior Consultant
New Zealand citizen with decades of experience working in Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East, Paul has worked in multinational corporations, professional services firms and Christian ministries. His experience includes a variety of leadership, financial management and coaching positions. Paul’s career has spanned 30 years working with both corporate executives and Christian ministry leaders in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa, Middle East and North America. He is a chartered accountant with 12 years in Financial Planning and Analysis roles. Paul has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualification with over 14 years of international experience in executive and leadership coaching, as well as group facilitation and coach training. He has also spent the last 14 years working as an outplacement consultant.
