We take an individual and hands-on approach with every client and every search. We want to know who you are as an organization and the scope of your recruiting challenges, so we can provide appropriate solutions and results.
Step 2 COLLABORATION and STRATEGY
It is important that we are in alignment with our clients. We become an extension of your team. We will propose the most appropriate search strategy and finalise any details prior to launching the search process.

Step 3 CANDIDATE SEARCH
We will manage the candidate selection process and regularly update our clients on the progress. We will also seek clarification from our clients if candidates raise questions that may need our client's input.
Step 4 CLIENT SELECTION
We recommend a short list of candidates to our clients. This is accompanied by detailed notes on the candidates' interactions, interview highlights, reasons for the recommendation, and suggestions of further areas of exploration for our client's interview process.
